Fox-Fall Winds

I'm trying a new style on Corel today. A bit more of an oil painting feel to this one. Kinda had problems with making the fox look hunched against the wind... still not sure I'm convinced.

Anywho!

I've also decided that I'm going to get an OC! ... Wow, that sounds like I'm shopping for one.... :/
Scratch that, I'm going to CREATE an OC.

I have only one problem. I have no idea what to do! I could do an animal or human, nonhuman or create my own creature! I really like the idea of a fox character, but I'm keeping my mind open should another idea hit me.

A few things I HAVE decided: No black horses named Shadow(bleh, too boring!), no wolves with colored hair and/or piercings(wow, SO original -_-), and NO SPARKLY VAMPIRES(self-explanatory).

EDIT: Since I can't ask for critique formally, I'm asking informally! I'm always trying to improve my art, so any help is greatly appreciated!
